CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

VINYASA: Vinyasa Yoga flows from one pose (asana) to another synchronising each movement to the breath (pranayama) and concentrates more on the breath (pranayama) than the alignment of each pose (asana). Escape your mind and go with the flow.

 

HATHA YOGA: Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and clear, peaceful mind.  The word Hatha can translate to "Ha" the sun and "tha" the moon, two apposing energies coming together to balance as one - a practice balanced in strength and softness, leaving you feeling complete.

WILD YOGA: Wild Yoga is the Wolf Den's signature class which is our own magic blend of Power Vinyasa and Power Hatha - you will be taken on your own journey pushing you to your very outer limits of your comfort zone with a combination of powerful flows, holds and balancing asanas put to an eclectic mix of uplifting, motivating music. Variations are given by your instructor to cater to all levels of yoga and as the structure of the class remains the same, the more classes you do, the more familiar you become with the poses to be able to push your level of yoga further as your fitness, flexibility and strength progress.
