You will be taken on a journey through the Chakras using Yin Yoga postures, breathwork, affirmations, mudras & meditation to help heal our bodies energy centers. This event is accessible for 1st time yogis, beginner to advanced yogis. Chakras are believed to be responsible for different aspects of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, so by healing these energy centers, you can remove blockages that may be preventing you from feeling your best and being the best version of yourself, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and refreshed with a great sense of calm and over-all wellbeing. This event would be perfect for someone going through anything significant in their life or for anyone wanting to maintain balance, wellbeing and energetic health, or anyone who is just curious about the Chakras.
